Phone call recording

Most of our phone calls in and out of the Practice are now recorded. These will not be regularly monitored, but will be used to support inquiries and complaints. It has been implemented in replacement of ad-hoc recording for the protection of staff and patients. The calls will be stored on our secure online portal for up to 3 months, before being transferred to our main server for up to another 9 months. They will then be deleted. All personal data is stored in line with our GDPR obligations.
