Out of Hours
If the surgery is closed and medical advice is needed, patients should call NHS 111 by dialling 111. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.
The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is staffed by trained advisers who can direct patients to the most appropriate care. Patients whose symptoms may be related to living in a cold home are encouraged to discuss this with the clinical team during normal surgery hours.
Complaints and Feedback
Stratton Docs aims to provide a professional and friendly service to all patients. If there are concerns about any aspect of the service, patients are encouraged to speak with a member of staff or the practice manager. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. New patients looking to join the practice can find helpful guidance in the article on how to register.
For formal complaints, patients can write to the practice or submit feedback through the new website. Verbal complaints will be addressed immediately where possible; written complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours, with a full response typically provided within 10 working days.
