Stratton Docs Surgery Hours

The practice is open during the following hours. Patients are advised to contact the surgery by telephone or through the online services portal during opening times.

When the Surgery Is Closed

For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.

Chest pain and shortness of breath are always considered an emergency.

For medical advice and direction when the surgery is closed, patients can call NHS 111 by dialling 111, or use the NHS 111 Online service. If the condition is non-urgent, the online consultation tab on the new website can be used during normal hours.

NHS 111 Online

NHS 111 Online is a convenient alternative to the telephone service, providing an option for patients who wish to access medical guidance digitally. After completing an assessment, patients will be directed towards the most appropriate care, whether that means self-care advice, a visit to a pharmacy, a trip to a primary care centre, or other recommendations.

On-site Pharmacy

The practice has an independently run pharmacy located on site, making it easy for patients to collect prescriptions following their appointment.
